Titanium changed the frame, not the glass
The 15 Pro moved to a titanium band, which is lighter and tougher than stainless steel and does nothing whatsoever for the two sheets of glass either side of it. The frame survives the fall considerably better than the screen does.
The colour infused back is one piece
Apple moved to a back glass with the colour set through the material rather than applied to it, which looks superb and means a cracked panel cannot be resurfaced, only replaced.

The 15 was the first iPhone with USB-C, and a port damaged by a snagged cable is covered as accidental damage.
Liquid damage
Two years of pocket wear leaves the seals in a different state to the ones tested for the IP rating, and Apple never covered liquid damage anyway.
Theft
